Rowley Land Company, Inc. of Clovis New Mexico was established in 1997 by Kurt P. Rowley, the qualifying broker. Rowley Land Company specializes in the sales and exchanges of agricultural properties throughout New Mexico and West Texas. Kurt Rowley is a native of New Mexico and is a licensed New Mexico and Texas Real Estate Broker. Kurt is also a licensed general certified real estate appraiser in both New Mexico and Texas. Being both a broker and appraiser allows Kurt to have a unique perspective when it comes to addressing a client’s needs.

 

Over the past 20 plus years Rowley Land Company and H.D. (Bud) Bennett of Bennett Land Company have worked successfully together marketing agricultural properties.
